Cancellation policy
It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking. Depending on when you cancel, you might have to pay a cancellation fee.
If you cancel 60 to 89 days beore Empower You start day, you will get 75% back of your payment.
If you cancel 30 to 59 days before Empower You, you will get 50% back of your payment.
If you cancel 29 days or less before Empower You, you won't get any refund.
If we would have to cancel Empower You, you will get the full amount of your payment back. You will be notified about the cancellation at least 30 days before the start day.
We recommend all attendees to have enough travel, cancellation and medical insurance organised before the retreat.
No exceptions will be made for cancellations, like weather conditions, illness/injuries or private reasons. Refunds won't be made if arriving late or leaving early.
